Payment Options
We are a cash only business. Credit cards are required to hold appointments but are only charged in the case of No Show or Late Canceled appointments.
Attention Guests
For
safety and insurance reasons, no extra guests are allowed in the spa room. This includes children. Adult guests are more than welcome to wait in the seating area.
Cancellations
Please contact Lash Out directly at (585)300-9824
to make any cancellations. All lash and facial appointments require 48-hour notice for any cancellation or rescheduling with the exception of full set appointments. Due to these appointments being such a long duration, they require a full week notice for cancellations.
Being late for a appointment by 15 minutes or more without contacting Lash Out will be considered a cancellation.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled without this notice, will be charged 50% of the Full Service cost. This amount must be paid before any new appointment can be booked. Discounts are not included in late cancellation.
Please understand that late cancellations are costly for a small business and this policy helps us keep prices steady and our quality of services high.
Prices and Services
Prices and services are subject to change. We do our best to make sure all clients are notified of any changes. No money back. All sales are final.

do our best to accommodate late arrivals but may need to shorten the length of the service as to not interfere with other clients appointment times.
